the restaurant was basically a disaster with undercooked lobster and tasteless oysters, absolutely not what i expected. plus, i was shocked there was no heater in the freezing room, really? almost gave a good review, but after being neglected for a complimentary upgrade, how could i?

fantastic stay but room cleanliness needs attention

The staff were exceptionally courteous and provided prompt assistance when needed. The location was incredibly convenient with the subway just a short walk away, making exploring easy. I loved the city view from my room. it added a lovely backdrop to my stay. The room was comfortable overall, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the delightful decor that included a penguin theme, which was vibrant and fun. The thoughtful amenities made my experience comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, enhancing my overall experience.

Room was a bit small.

We loved the fun children's play area with a slide, jungle gym, and lots of toys to keep the kids entertained. The room decor was bright and appealing, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our kids were thrilled with the various themes throughout the hotel!

For dads, it would be great if the hotel improved the dining experience.

Cute kids' room with nice decorations, but slow wi-fi and small space annoyed us.

the bathroom dripped all the time, but the themed decor was super fun for the kids! the staff was really friendly, and the air conditioning worked great. location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station.
